Bedtime Wind Down

In this 45 minute evening workshop Val will guide you and your family through a gentle and comforting routine that will allow your mind and body to prepare for sleep. The only props needed are pillows and you can even practice in bed. With soothing music, gentle yoga poses and a dreamy guided meditation you and bub can bond, cuddle, relax and wind down. Bedtime yoga and mindfulness is a great way to slow down from the busyness of your day with your child and introduce the elements of yoga in a relaxing and nurturing way.
